OMC Hits a Milestone of the RSS Sort
Online Media Cultist hit a milestone today that I’m very proud of: 105 rss subscribers.
As these things tend fluctuate in peaks and valleys, we may not see triple digits again anytime soon, but for the moment I’ll take a moment to celebrate… and to thank everyone who has thought enough of this site to sign up and have it delivered to you in whatever form you like.
I consider all of you to be “customers” of a sort, and it’s my job to serve up a product that you’ll enjoy. This is also as good a time as any to ask a question that former New York City Ed Koch would ask of people on the street: “How ‘em I doin’?” Is there anything you’d like to see more of, less of? Any kinds of stories that I should be covering but am not?
Basically, I’ve tried to strike a balance between broadly appealing Internet-related stories and geekier “inside-the-web 2.0-sphere” stuff that gets into my deeper interests and which I can draw on my experience as a web producer and cultist of the Interwebs. Hopefully the balance is a good one that people are digging.
Look forward to more OMC and more milestones and web cultery (as opposed to fine web cutlery) ahead!
