Testing PicApp: pretty nifty
Testing out PicApp, which looks to be a nifty little service to publish relevant stock images easily, without paying for or worrying about copyright and attribution rules.
This guy has certainly been in the news a lot last few days.
Pretty cool too that you can select your image size, grab the embed code, and go without any need to register for the site, login, or deal with any other hassle except to search for the term you want.
My first search was for “Obama,” which didn’t turn up much. Oddly, searching for “President Obama” yielded much more accurate and relevant results. And likewise searching for “Brett Favre” (I always pronounce the name in my head as in There’s Something About Mary) gave plenty of usable images.
