That will be interesting to see. The Cult of Mac that I have joined can be pretty loyal to the Mac way of doing things. I'm not sure how many of them will even try Chrome. With Mac users being the minority that they are, I'm not sure how much effect they can have. Still, count me as one who will try the browser when a version is launched.

The new Chrome especially improved the way it works with video enough that I've moved to it permanently now. My only gripe is not being able to search specific sites like IMDB, Rottentomatoes, Youtube from the 'awesome bar' itself. Maybe there is a way but I haven't found one.

Also, the new Google Reader sites don't allow you to open the item in the background, something that annoys the hell out of me. But overall, that speed is just great.

Thanks Josh, and great to hear from you!

Yeah, will be interesting to see when Chrome is released for Mac. I read someone speculating that that release could give Chrome's market penetration a big boost. I guess we'll see !

Interesting breakdown here, EB. I've been wishing Google would get Chrome for Mac on the fast track. I'd like to give it a whirl at home.
