Online Media Cultist

Web producer, writer, online media cultist. That's how I roll.

The Monty Python fellas get it

Lordz bless the old local TV station WPIX in New York. Every once in a while, they would run an all night marathon of such shows as Monty Python’s Flying Circus or The Twilight Zone, and I absorbed as much pop cultural influence from those events as anything else that I can remember growing up.

So it cheers my heart that while the Monty Python crew, while a bit older in years (and down one member, Graham Chapman sadly having passed away some years ago now) is sill pretty hipster when it comes to understanding the Internet circa 2008.

They counterintuitive theme of course is to give it away in order to sell it.

And nice to see too that the gang still has the ability to elicit a giggle or two, when talking tech no less!

And check out the new Monty Python channel on YouTube, where you can see such classics as:

Argument Clinic

Ministry of Silly Walks

And the Silly Olympics!
