April Fools Day arrives (too) early: ProBlogger launches PayPerTweet
ProBlogger guru Darren Rowse gets a jumpstart on the April Fools Day tomfoolery by announcing the launch of PayPerTweet: “Already we have secured the cooperation of 50 prominent Twitter users with a combined followership of 250,000. This group is willing to tweet about you, your site or your product for cash.”
Darren blogs from Australia, where it’s already April 1, so can be forgiven for getting in on the mayhem a little early.
I love Darren and ProBlogger but I must say I’m not a big fan of the April Fools Day thing.
Maybe I’m just the Ebenezer Scrooge of April Fools Day?
