Hello, guys.. I've got something small to add. I think you guys know bookmarking on sites like digg and mixx can aid in recieving increased google PR, backlinks and visitors. Well.. a few days ago i was invited for a brandnew software application that can automatically submit URL's to the highest authority social bookmarking websites. I have to tell this piece of software is VERY NICE and saved me loads time allready. It even breaks captcha's! The software publisher just launched the coming soon site@ (bookmarkwiz . com) or you can just open google and search for "bookmarkwiz" to get some more info. with internet marketing and seo your goal is to stay ahead of your competition.. and with soclal bookmarking automation tools like this I will dominate other marketers every day! What do you guys think?

There is still enormous untapped potential in contextual advertising in social networking sites. Sites like MySpace have held back from turning over personal data about profiles to advertisers, but you have to think that that will shift at some point. One major player will turn to the dark side, and then the flood gates will open!

On a related note, I know people who will not use Gmail because they don't want Google to see any of their personal info.

The scary, but unsurprising, thing about this is the amount of data immediately available regarding the profile of those visiting networking sites. We are jumping up and down to get Big Brother's attention.

/vague paranoia
